The main company activity is based on offering expert IT services within the design, implementation and support of public and private cloud solutions, server and storage virtualization technologies, complex networking and storage area networks, corporate IT services and infrastructures. System Support
SG-Computers specializes in the support of IT solutions and services of each scale and nature. We provide our customers with the know-how of our IT experts and engineers, and thus enabling them to dedicate their time to their own business. The SG-Computers’ support service is monthly based and the fees are calculated based on the time span of the support provided and the desired customer response time/SLA. When needed the support can be on-site or remote, as well as a combination of the two. When a contract for complete IT support is signed, SG-Computers performs overall audit and analysis of the current state of the customer’s IT platform and prepares recommendations for step by step improvements towards the best operability and stability of the IT infrastructure. We also include 24/7 monitoring of our customers’ mission critical systems and services, which is a key factor for the proactive support we offer.
